PRIVACY
Your information.
Explained clearly.
What this coming-soon website processes, what it doesn’t collect, and what still needs to be confirmed before launch.
The operator, privacy contact, hosting arrangements and retention periods are still being confirmed. This is not the final app or website privacy notice.
What this notice covers
This draft describes the current TAHM coming-soon website. Browsing it does not create a TAHM account or purchase a service.
The mobile app and its connected services process different information. A separate, complete app privacy notice must be provided before public app access.
Information when you browse
A web server receives technical information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time. Access and security logs depend on the hosting configuration.
The final notice will identify the hosting provider, the purposes and legal bases for this processing, recipients, any international transfers, and the retention periods that actually apply.
The website has no account registration, contact form or payment collection. It does not request your camera, microphone or location.
Cookies and external services
The current website sets no cookies and does not use local storage or session storage. It has no analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social feeds or third-party video players. Fonts and images are served with the website.
Your browser may cache page files to load them more efficiently. See Cookies for the current browser-storage overview.
The app needs its own explanation
TAHM’s app includes onboarding, camera-based movement guidance, workout results, optional reminders and social training features. Their privacy notice needs to explain account data, onboarding answers, movement processing, saved results, sharing choices and connected providers.
This website notice makes no claim that app camera data is never stored or transmitted. Those details must be verified against the final app and backend configuration and explained before launch.
Your privacy rights
Where GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict or object to processing, and receive data in a portable format, subject to the applicable conditions. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to a supervisory authority.
The final notice will provide a working contact for requests. No privacy-request form is connected in this preview.
Who operates TAHM?
The legal operator, business address and privacy contact are awaiting confirmation. They will be listed on Contact and in the final privacy notice before public launch.
Draft prepared 2 November 2026. This notice must be updated if hosting, data collection or services change.
